SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Assistant Professor Alex Perkins from the Biological Sciences department at Notre Dame University spoke with ABC57 about when is the right time to reopen the economy during this pandemic.
Researchers at Notre Dame are saying that we may need to stay indoors and practice social distancing until this summer to avoid a spike in the number of COVID-19 cases.
