What is
the Tundra i-Force MAX Engine?
The Toyota Tundra is highlighted by the i-Force MAX hybrid drive system. It is the
first of its kind for any Toyota pickup, and helps add both efficiency and
capability to our full-size truck. Better than a full-EV with more torque and
efficiency than gasoline-only models, the Tundra i-Force MAX Hybrid is the
ideal choice for towing, hauling, and mountain climbing around Denver. Key
features and specs of the i-Force MAX Hybrid include:
- 437
horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque making it the most powerful Tundra ever
made
- Towing
capacity: 11,450 pounds
- In-bed
hauling capacity: 1,665 pounds
- Low-RPM
torque for improved towing experience
- 20 mpg
city and 24 mpg highway for rear-drive models, 19 mpg city and 22 mpg highway
for 4x4 Tundra Hybrid trucks
Exterior
Design
The
exterior design of the 2025 Toyota Tundra manages to be both modern and old
school at the same time. The flared wheel arches hearken back to early pickups,
while the broad shoulders and LED lighting are modern touches that capture your
attention. You'll find a light bar centrally mounted in the honeycomb grille
for yet another modern design feature. Plus, the new TRD Rally appearance
package adds signature tri-color TRD emblems to the grille, wheels, and doors
for a sportier look.
Interior
Design
The cabin
of the 2025 Toyota Tundra has been equally redesigned, starting with the
ergonomics of both the seat and the dash layout. The seating position has been
carefully considered to reduce fatigue and provide ample comfort on even your
longest drives, while the steering wheel angle and dash positioning make
everything easy to reach so you can stay comfortable. Power-adjustable seats
are now standard across the lineup, and touches like dual-zone automatic
climate control and heated seats make comfort easy to achieve.
Performance
A trio of
twin-turbocharged V6 engine options are available in the 2025 Toyota Tundra, so
you can find the level of performance that works for you. The base kit offers
348 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque, while models above the base SR trim
will enjoy 389 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque instead. At the top of
the stack isn't a thunderous V8, but instead a hybrid version of the twin-turbo
six-cylinder setup delivering a combined 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of
torque. It's also the most capable Tundra you'll find, offering 11,175 pounds
of towing capacity.
As if that
weren't enough, the TRD Off Road package gives you off-road shocks, over
fenders, and skid plates for improved off-road durability.
Technology
With both a
12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and available 14-inch central infotainment
display, the 2025 Toyota Tundra shows off its tech-focused side as well. You'll
have a wealth of information available to you at any moment, while built-in
navigation delivers live traffic and weather updates to keep your travels on
track. You'll even have wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus an
available wireless charging pad to stay connected on the go.
Safety
The 2025
Toyota Tundra also offers excellent safety features as standard, including
forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, and automatic emergency
braking capability. You'll also get blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist,
and rear cross traffic alert as standard on all Tundra models for complete
safety on the road.
